I remember something about the Constitution and not being tried twice for the same crime. But, since The Law is something of a mixed bag these days, and since Amazon doesn’t carry La Cosa Nostra for Dummies, I’m pretty much lost. Here’s the story:

It’s all over the news that Murphy, North Carolina is a hotbed of militia groups, civil war wannabes and various elements of the fire bombing Christian right. From my perspective, Murphy is the town 30 miles east of Shoal Creek Falls where I am currently hiding out.
